FLAUNT CANCELLATION POLICY

From the time of purchase, a 24-hour period will be given to cancel your order for a full refund or to modify your order. After this 24-hour period, we will charge a 30% restocking and handling fee to cancel or modify your order. Any purchases marked as final sale, “sold as-is”, clearance, or discontinued cannot be cancelled or refunded.

ORDERS FOR IN-STORE PICK-UP: If the order has already been shipped you will receive your refund 1-2 business days after The Flaunt Group has received all of the items in the order.

ORDERS THAT ARE DROP-SHIPPED OR MAILED TO THE CUSTOMER: If the order has already been shipped we will notify you that you must wait to receive the order. You will then be responsible for lining up and paying for the return shipping of the item(s) to the address specified by The Flaunt Group. You will receive your refund within 5-7 business days after the item has arrived at the receiving address. If the item is returned in an unsellable condition, you will not receive your refund.

FLAUNT RETURN POLICY

Returns on in-stock items will only be accepted in the original packaging and in unused condition. All returns after the first 24 hours of purchase may be subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fee. All items marked final sale, “sold as-is”, clearance, or discontinued cannot be returned or will be subject to the restocking fee. Purchases made between November 15 to December 3, may be returned until January 8. We are unable to accept the return of any products in an unsellable condition. Other restrictions may apply. We will gladly refund your purchase within 7 business days, with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds given will be in the tender paid. If they so wish, customers may also opt for a giftcard of the corresponding value. Beyond the 7 business days? No problem! With the original register receipt, any refunds issued will be in the form of a gift card, a minimum 30% restocking fee will apply. Our gift cards do not expire, so there is plenty of time to pick something amazing. Items returned with gift card receipts may be exchanged or refunded with store credit only. We are unable to accept the return of products in an unsellable condition. Other restrictions may apply.

FOR IN-STORE RETURNS: Please ensure your item is eligible for return and that you have all of the required information before stopping by. You can do this by reading the above listed information or by sending us an email. If the item brought in is not eligible for a return you will be turned away.

FOR MAILED RETURNS: Please ensure your item is eligible for return before contacting us. You will be required to send all of the requested information along with photos of the product and the original packaging. You will then be responsible for lining up and paying for the return shipping of the item(s) to the address specified by The Flaunt Group. You will receive your refund within 5-7 business days after the item has arrived at the receiving address. If the item is returned in an unsellable condition, you will not receive your refund.

NO RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE: For returns without a receipt or proof of purchase, a valid government-issued photo identification must be provided, and any refunds issued will be in the form of a gift card. Returns may be limited or declined, at our discretion. We respect your privacy and will not retain your government-issued identification number. Your ID number will be converted to a substitute number. This number, together with your ID type, name, and address will be stored in our system. Information collected at the time of a return will only be used to process and check the progress of that return.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

For items listed as “store pick up only” we offer two delivery options. For more information speak to any of our team members in-store or call (780) 466-8070.

OPTION A - MAILING: We will gladly mail out your order to the address of your choice. Prices will vary according to size, weight, and contents. Some restrictions may apply.

OPTION B - OUTSOURCED DELIVERY: We work with multiple companies to offer you the best price for white glove and curbside drop-off deliveries. Prices will vary according to size, weight, and contents. Some restrictions may apply.

Please note, at this time we are not offering white glove or curbside drop off services to addresses outside of Edmonton.

You are welcome to come to pick up your order in-store during the hours of operation. Please ensure that you bring proof of purchase and ID. Our store hours and location can be found online at www.justflauntit.ca We will notify you when all of your items have arrived at our warehouse. Once notified you will have a grace period of up to 5 business days to pick up your order or schedule a method of delivery. If the items remain in our warehouse past the 5 business days, you will be charged with a daily $20.00 storage fee until the order is picked up, or delivery arrangements have been made. (You will not be charged on weekends or stat holidays) If no arrangements are made, or the order is not picked up within 2 weeks after the grace period the order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee along with the accumulated storage fee. If there is a remaining amount from the total cost of the order, you will be refunded via the original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require someone other than the name listed on the order to pick up; please contact us ahead of time with the name and contact info of the person that will be picking up. This person will be required to show a photo ID at the time of pickup.

SHIPPING NOTICE: Due to worldwide delays, we cannot give any guaranteed lead times as multiple factors can affect shipping, delivery, stock, etc. We cannot control our suppliers' stock or delays. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED

In the unlikely event that an item is delivered to you damaged, you are required to note it at the time of delivery. Please take photos of the damaged items, original packaging, and damaged areas. We will do our best to make sure that all damages are repaired or replaced. To process damage and/or warranty claims, we are required to have photos of the problem emailed to us along with your order information. Please advise we will process this claim quickly, but it can take some time to obtain supplier approval. For environmental reasons most suppliers will suggest repair before replacement when applicable, which is a policy we support.

If your item was from a drop-shipped order, please follow the above protocols and we will do our best to find you a viable solution.

WARRANTY

All our products, except items, marked final sale, “sold as-is”, clearance, or discontinued, will have varying warranty policies as this depends on the supplier.
